| This elegant home has been furnished to a high standard of comfort. It is a fully air-conditioned property which can accommodate 8 guests in style and comfort. The home features a Living Room open plan with the Dining Room, a Family Room, Kitchen and Breakfast area. The Master Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and large en-suite facilities. There are three further bedrooms all with Queen-sized beds. In addition, there are two additonal washrooms, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer, and covered entry. There is a luxurious caged pool (accessed from the Great Room through the patio door) with a Western exposure and an uninterrupted view of the private pond. The pool has an electric heat pump. It will heat pool with outside temp about 50 degrees.

Pricing as follows: includes 12% Florida Sales Tax required by law. $500.00 Security deposit required to book any dates. This will be returned on satisfactory inspection within 10 days of departure. $150 cleaning fees will be added to balance. First half of all monies will be due 90 days prior to arrival with remaining balance due 45 days prior. A schedule will be sent with contract. |
