New Hampshire – located in the heart of New England – was once the home of the tourist attraction known as ‘The Old Man of the Mountain’. The granite formation slid off of the side of the mountain in 2003 and it is a sorely missed site. But don’t let that ruin your vacation to the state. New Hampshire is full of plenty to do including hiking, boating, and enjoying the many museums littered through the state celebrating the Revolutionary and Civil Wars.
