Visitors expect the property they rent, including the furnishings, fixtures and equipment, to be maintained in a sound and clean condition and to be fit for the purposes intended.
All descriptions must be accurately reflect the nature of the accommodation, sleeping arrangements and amenities provided motivated!
In order to qualify for inclusion into the rental homes section of this guide you property must meet some basic requirements:

Please note holidayhomes.ca does not list booking services, accommodation guides or resorts but will list individual properties in a guide/registry or located within a resort. For example, we will not list 'Lakeview Resort' (which will contain 1, 2 & 3 bedroom cabins) but will list a 2 bedroom cabin within 'Lakeview Resort'. We do this to make it as easy as possible for those all-important visitors to search, compare and find exactly what they are looking for. We have many property owners who maintain multiple listings for just this reason.
If you have a variety of properties available for rent we would need a separate property registration under same account for each property that you wish to have listed. These registrations should reflect different rental rates, number of bedrooms, amenities, etc. and, most importantly, a description specific to the individual property. Remember, second and subsequent listings attract a lower listing fee.
