Great house for Vancouver Olympics 2010 (Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada)

Beautifully decorated, spacious house on a 13,000 square feet lot privately located near Mundy Park in Coquitlma, BC. The house is only 2-3 minutes away from Highway #1 and 25-30 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. Public transit is also accessible with bus stop literally outside our fence. Main floor has high 20" ceiling and stairs leading upstairs to master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms. Master bedroom has in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet. Upper floor also has an extra full bathroom and main floor has a half-bathroom. All main floor is open space with living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. Breakfast area has access to a large patio with view of near-by park and a large backyard. Downstairs has a separate entrance and has a living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and another room (we are planning on converting it into a kitchen, but which is empty right now). Main floor has 2 TVs (46" LCD and 32" LCD in living and family room). Family room has XBOX360 and a sound system with IPOD doc and DVD player. Home has satellite TV and WI-FI internet. Upstairs master bedroom also has a TV. Driveway accommodates 2 or more vehicles with additional parking available on the street. Home also has a 2-car garage. Assuming there would be 2 people staying in each bedroom, upstairs can comfortably accommodate 8 people and downstairs can fit 4 people, but more people can stay (kids?) if necessary.
