	The rolling lawns that wind though the rose and flower gardens create a very challenging course for "Extreme Croquet" that is enjoyed by all that visit Sandyland Gardens. 	Sandyland Gardens is located in the prestigious Ranch Park of Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. Coquitlam is the centre of the Greater Vancouver Regional District, GVRD. The house is on a bus route across from the cul de sac it is located in. It is also 2 blocks from Mundy Park, with its lakes & streams and softly barkmulched trails.

This property is only minutes from Vancouver, but it is quiet, safe and secure.
